Fort Orange Press has been at the forefront of the latest technologies and equipment required to deliver both offset and digital (web and sheetfed) solutions for clients.
Working with Fort Orange Press assures any and all client printing needs are met. We suggest offset printing when the project needs the highest quality available on the widest variety of stocks. Offset printing is usually the most economical choice when producing a large number of printed pieces. For clients needing lower quantities or variable data (a unique code, name or address) we offer a full suite of digital printing options.

Fort Orange Press has purchased the fastest, most sophisticated intelligent inserters available –– featuring the use of 2D security codes within a closed-loop security crosscheck. Add to this a real-time auditing function occurring at each step in the process and clients are assured 100% chain of custody.
Envelope Conversion Technology
Adding envelope conversion technology to our services allows us to quickly and easily produce envelopes without spending time sourcing envelopes that are often in short supply. Instead, we use this high-tech equipment to convert raw paper into custom and standard-size envelopes at high speed and to exact specifications. The technology also provides in-line variable data printing for improved efficiency and offers anti-counterfeit measures for added security. So clients can consider using unique and custom envelopes for any mail project.
Custom Finish & Bindery
Putting the finishing touches on your print communication can make all the difference in the quality of your materials. Our full-service bindery includes folding, die-cutting, gluing, scoring, perforating, collating, numbering, UV coating, laminating, saddle stitching, perfect binding, drilling, wire-o binding, spiral binding, tabbing, padding, shrink wrapping, paper banding and assorted hand assembly. Offering finishing and bindery services in-house allows us to control quality, reduce costs and increase turnaround time for our customers.
Accurate Fulfillment & Kitting
Fort Orange Press offers kitting and fulfillment for clients with multiple locations across the U.S. Whether the job is to pack, assemble, tape, bag, sort, mount, or count we know that with tight deadlines and national distribution needs, fulfilling the job is sometimes the larger undertaking. Fort Orange Press can handle the most complex of fulfillment needs and meet your shipping dates.
We also have an experienced staff dedicated to hand assembly. There are some things that are still better to do by hand assembling, such as custom kits with multiple items, folding and gluing pop-up books, building POP displays and much more.
Secure Mailing & Shipping
Fort Orange Press provides comprehensive and seamless mailing and shipping services. Mailing services include comprehensive planning, labeling (including IMb), sorting, tracking and reporting. Our dedicated mailing specialists are well versed in all USPS mailing requirements and regulations as well as all the required certifications and specifications for high integrity mail services. The mailing team works with clients to provide the best postal rate options depending on client needs. Our facility is serviced by all shipping carriers and we also have a fleet of company trucks to provide direct delivery to mail facilities and to client locations.
Proprietary Tracking & Reporting
Beyond printing, inserting and mailing efficiency, tracking and accountability are key to achieving a successful print communication program. Fort Orange Press developed a proprietary reporting platform to grant clients access to real-time production and USPS tracking data to monitor the progress of your print packages.
