How do I request an estimate for my job?

The best way in order to receive an estimate is to give us a call or email one of our sales and or customer service representatives. This will allow us to take your information and produce an accurate estimate.

How long does it take to receive an estimate back?

Generally, estimates are returned within 24 hours. However, depending on the specifications provided, the determined time of you receiving an estimate back is specific to the complexity of your job.

How do I choose between offset and digital printing?

Offset printing is more cost effective for longer runs, while digital printing is more cost effective for shorter run jobs.  Take a look at our “Our Services” page under the sub-tab “Offset” and “Digital” for a more detailed look into what we can offer.

How long will it take for us to complete your order?

Some of our jobs can be completed within a one-day turnover, while other, more complex jobs may take longer.  All of our delivery dates are negotiable to your needs.  Generally, 5-7 days for delivery once proofs have been approved.

What is the preferred format of document submission for my job?

Native files are always preferred, as are single page PDF’s. Design formats include Adobe Illustrator, & Adobe InDesign. If you have any concerns or questions, ask your sales representative or contact our customer service.

Is a proof of my job really necessary?

Proofs are necessary for all jobs to ensure accuracy with color and layout.
